      This privacy notice provides you with details of how We collect and process your personal data through your use of our site www.SWOKRW, including any information you may transmit through our site when you sign up as a Member, purchase an event ticket, donate to one of our programs, purchase a product or product.

     We use that information to provide the Site's functionality, fulfill your requests, improve the ’s Site's quality, engage in research and analysis relating to the Site, personalize your experience, track usage of the Site, provide feedback to third party businesses that are listed on the Site, display relevant advertising, market the Site, provide customer support, message you, back up our systems, allow for disaster recovery, enhance the security of the Site, and comply with legal obligations. Even when we do not retain such information, it still must be transmitted to our servers initially and stored long enough to process.

 

1.  INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT. 

     Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

     Account Information: If you create a MEMBER account, we may store and use the information you provide during that process, such as your full name, email address, zip code, physical address, and other information you may provide with your account, such as phone number and occupation.

     Public Content: Your feedback contributions to the Site are intended for public consumption and are therefore viewable by the public, including your photos, ratings, polls and reviews. 

     Contacts: You can invite others to join SWOKRW by providing us with their contact information from your computer, mobile device, or third party sites to select which individuals you want to invite. If you allow us to access your contacts, we may transmit that information to our servers long enough to process your invitations.

     Transactions: If you initiate a transaction through the Site, such as a reservation, donation or purchase, we may collect and store information about you, such as your name, phone number, address, email, and payment information (such as a credit card number and expiration date), as well as any other information you provide to us, in order to process your transaction, send communications about them to you, and populate forms for future transactions.  When you submit credit card numbers, we use Square which adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.. 

     Activity: We may store information about your use of the Site, such as your search activity, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and reservations and purchases you make through the Site. We may also store information to create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services.

 

2. COOKIES

     We, and third parties with whom we partner, may use cookies, web beacons, tags, scripts, local shared objects such as HTML5 and Flash (sometimes called "flash cookies"), advertising identifiers (including mobile identifiers such as Apple’s IDFA or Google’s Advertising ID) and similar technology ("Cookies") in connection with your use of the Site, third party websites, and mobile applications. We may share information from or about you with these third party providers so that they can perform their services or complete your requests. These third party providers may share information with us that they obtain from or about you in connection with providing their services or completing your requests. Third party providers may also share this information with their subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control. 

     Aggregate or Anonymous Information: We may share user information in the aggregate with third parties, such as content distributors. For example, we may disclose the number of users that have been exposed to, or clicked on, advertisements.

Except as set forth herein, we do not share your personal information with them, and are not responsible for their privacy practices.      Third Party Accounts: If you sign up for, or log into the site using a third party service like Facebook or Google, we may receive information about you from such third party service. If you post content to a third party service through the Site, that third party service will also receive that content, which will be visible to anyone that has access to it through that third party service.

 

4. CONTROLLING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Other users may be able to identify you, if you include personal information in the content you post publicly. You can reduce the risk of being personally identified by using the Site by using only first names.  Appropriate security measures are in place to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those agents and other third parties who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.  We use various safeguards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or via mobile device, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your membership, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our club, send subscribed email or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
